Large (6" - 7") affordable smartphones

Hello Ozbargain,

I acquired a Redmi note 3 about 6 months ago and am really enjoying it. My partner now wants a new phone. I am contemplating upgrading mine to get something bigger and handing her mine.

I've looked on Aliexpress and Gearbest for cheap $200-ish (ozbargain style) 6" phones but so far I've only found the Redmi Mi Max which is a 6.44". Good device but I'm wondering what else is out there. Neither of these websites have good search options, and you can't filter results for screen size range.

Reason for this is also because I want to use my phone as an Android Auto system.

So my question is, what affordable smartphones are there out there with a screen between 6 and 7 inches, and RAM of 3GB or more?

    You can use the Phone Finder on GSMArena for a list of phones that fit your criteria, here's a list for phones with minimum screen size of 6".

    I LOVE my MiMax. Battery and screen amazing, found out the screen is fragile (dropped onto concrete from a 4WD though haha). Replacement on it's way.

        It's pretty good in most situations, even at say the coldplay concert last night. But then sometimes it's average with slow shutter speed in other situations you'd think it wouldn't struggle.

    +1 mi max, incredible phone, battery life goes for days and days. Love mine!
