ASUS X43U- it's sooo slow!

Ciao everyone!

I'm currently using a ASUS X43U with only 1.6 GHZ, and it's soooo slow!

Is there anything I can purchase to make it speed up or is it time to upgrade?

AMD Brazos processor score vs Intel Cherry Trail benchmark score

You know your laptop is outdated when a Intel Compute Stick, a computer the size of a Mars bar, running a lowly 1.44ghz Atom processor manages to get a better score than a 1.66ghz AMD CPU.

  For a cheap, cheap upgrade, I recommend looking out for a $319 dollar Dell Inspiron 11 3000 series. Click on the link and then click "create alert" to be notified when it goes on sale.
  
  It's the best laptop you will buy for under $350 bucks.
  
  or well, any laptop that hits the frontpage with 50+ upvotes, is generally a good buy.
