    My experiences have been quite the opposite. I would say their customer service well exceeds that of a majority of stores in Australia. We have consumer laws in AU and for alot of businesses it's like pulling teeth to get them to abide by them.

    You may not be happy with your experience with them from a single occassion but they have been around for a very long time. If they were in fact 'disgraceful' or as 'shady' as you say they would have gone out of business long ago.

    Perhaps you should call for the ban of other stores on ozbargain that have done significantly worse things in the past than not selling you a product.

  ^ Go read the thread I linked, and it's a lot more than just me who's not happy with them. And many of those have had MULTIPLE negative dishonest and disgraceful experiences with this shady store. Get some more facts on the issue before trying to play the white knight.
