  What payment methods work?
  I gave Newegg a US shipping address, but for payment I tried Paypal, Visa checkout and by entering my debit card directly. All tries were unsuccessful, probably because of billing address mismatch.
  The debit card payment appeared to work initially but then I got an email from Newegg saying "Your order … cannot be processed at this time due to an international credit card being used. All orders must have a verifiable billing address and issued by a local or national bank."

  I paid using Paypal - attached to a debit card. Use the full checkout process. My first attempt did not work with the express checkout. I then used the secure checkout option on the shopping cart screen.

  Worked well.

  I just paid with my Amex, and used the same billing address as the US delivery address. No probs at all. I could not get it to work with paypal though, probably as there is an Australian address on my account.

  How quickly did you guys get the digital code via e-mail?
  I used 28Degrees Master Card and specified some random address in California. It complained about not verifying billing address but still went through. Got Order confirmation e-mail from Newegg. But I have not got the e-mail with Skype digital codes yet. Did it take long in your case?

  Took a while. I placed my order around 12 noon. Received the codes at night 2 AM

        Cheers! I was looking for this option in the Skype app, but it is probably in the web portal only.

  Unfortunately received the Order Cancellation e-mail from Newegg this morning. Most likely because the billing address for the Credit Card did not match.
  From the e-mail: "Unfortunately, during the verification process, your order has been voided and in return any authorized sales amount has been released for a refund immediately."
  Will give it another go via PayPal…

    Yeah, same for me. I couldn't get Paypal to work either.
