Depends on industry and intended goals. It's a very useful methodology if implemented correctly.

If you're in the 6-sigma consulting industry and the intended goal is to make money, it's very useful.

        That's exactly what a Six-Sigma consultant would say. 😑

      • agree, we should not blame the tools for failures. LSS offers common sense methodologies for continuous improvement in a structured way .

    • I'm a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, in my last role it really just gave me a licence to fix inefficient things, whether I used the methodology or not (most often not), because I had the qualification teams let me come in and listened.

Agile is overrated …." Let's apply Agile to cooking steak …..hmmm it was qucker but steak is raw in the middle".

But we'll address that in stage 24…
It's all in the plan…my expensive retirement plan

    • Your SCRUM Sprint was probably too short, thus you applied the fail fast principles.

  • Thanks!

  • I think its obvious that most people who undertake these sort of courses are doing it simply to state this on their CV.

Anyone want to post comments on the method they used to get this accreditation?

      Work paid for it!
We had consultants deliver the training. They were very good and we came up with a lot of ideas to improve things at work. The ideas lasted about two weeks after the consultants left and everyone went back to the way things were always done.
