It only applies to overseas people visiting Australia.
No, you can do it if you're an Australian citizen too. But you must have the item you bought WITH YOU to take out of the country (even if you're bringing back in)
Last year I claimed for a netbook, digital camera and ipod touch.
hmm, so basically it's equivalent to a 11% discount? i suppose if you got a jvc on special this would really be the icing on the cake!
