    For Xbox One games, only if you have the subscription active.
    For Xbox 360 games, it's yours to keep (regardless of subscription).

        Max and Kalimba are both Xbox One games - meaning yes, you'll lose access after the subscription has ended.

    Browse this list, which 90% of the games are either Free-to-Play or Episodic (i.e anything by Telltale) - in short, none of those are proper, full free games.

    However, the only free game (that's proper and full) at the moment is Lost Odyssey (until 31/12).
