is there a review and comparison of best buys for lower spec smartphones and laptops in 2015/2016?
more into value for money than flagships.
prefer a business laptop as I think it may be best value for money for the basic tasks I do, web surfing, emails, watching some videos etc.
no heavy duty use.

Where are you going? Australia is hardly the best destination to get a good deal on electronics.
