Cheap Polarised Prescribed Sunnies in The Market: Any Help?

Hi guys looking for cheap polarised sunnies with prescribed lenses. Any cheap option in the markets are welcome. Inspected in the spec savers and found that they sell in the range from of $199-$299 without polarisation. Need another $100 each for polarisation. Would it be cheaper or any other stores would sell cheaper?
Thanks in advance.

  • Just buy clip ons like Donatello in the new ninja turtle movies. April O'Neil didn't mind it so I'm sure it would also be okay and socially accepted

If you know your prescription, buy online.
    I've bought from clearly.com.au and zennioptical.com

    Can recommend both.

    • I have sunglasses from zennioptical too.
They were cheap and had several degrees of tint.
I think they are polarised, but am not 100% sure.

I'm not sure if all of their sunnies are polarised but at least the 3 pairs I've bought from them in the past have been.

The way I test is to wear them in the car and if it makes these funny interference patterns when looking through tinted windows such as shown here then you know they're polarised :D

        • i get my sunnies from aliexpress. they come with a little polarization card. when you look at the card with the polarized glasses then an image appears.

if you have 2 pair of polarized sunnies then hold them lens to lens and rotate one pair 90degrees. if sunnies go dark then they are both polarized. if they don't go dark either one or both are not polarized.

    • Thanks for your info. Will definitely tri it

  • Bailey Nelson are very fashionable and very reasonably priced. Usually around $150 I think. There should be one I'm whichever capital city you're in

    • Thanks alchew, I'm in Melbourne and found a few stores around me. I'll check it out. Really appreciated!
