Win a $20,000 Deposit to Build with Aussie Living Homes [WA Residents Only]

Entry is open to permanent residents of Western Australia over the age of 18.

Prize Draw:
The one (1) winner of this competition will be determined by:

• the random selection of 10 entries to be chosen by a computerised random number generator; and
• those ten entries will be contacted for a period of 3 days to advise of being a finalist and to verify eligibility criteria. Should a finalist be uncontactable or ineligible, Aussie Living reserves the right to randomly select another finalist in the place of that finalist; and
• those final ten entries will be placed on a money wheel, and one (1) winner will be determined by an impartial assistant spinning the wheel.

The draw will take place at 4:30pm on the 20th April 2017. Finalists are required to attend the draw as a condition of entry.

Prize Conditions:
The prize of $20,000 will be issued with the intention of it being used and accepted as a deposit for financing a home to be built with Aussie Living Homes. The winner shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with obtaining finance and a mortgage and building a home such as bank fees, stamp duty (if applicable), builder and land developer deposits and any unfinanced amounts.

Any home must be constructed in a locality approved by Aussie Living Homes within the Perth metropolitan area or in the South West region of WA under Aussie Living Homes’ normal building conditions, and in accordance with Aussie Living Homes’ standard building contract (other than the application of the prize to the deposit under that contract).

Marketing
Completed entries will be collected for the purpose of market research and the entrant agrees to be contacted by Aussie Living Homes, regardless of any listing on a Do Not Call Register, and receive marketing materials from Aussie Living Homes.
By completing an entry, the entrants agree to give Aussie Living Homes permission to keep their personal details on record for the use of a database and for market research.
