Hi I have bought 2nd hand IPHONE 6s from the shop and i have been given invoice with proper ABN number. However, Invoice doesnt have phone's serial number on it. do you think it will be accepted by TRS for GST claim?

Just needs to be valid tax invoice showing ABN with GST amount/etc on it. Doesn't need to have serial number on the receipt. The description of the goods on the invoice will need to match what you show for the GST refund. As long as you tick the boxes they should accept it. Different rules apply if >$1k though.
