I want to purchase the (rare) Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge in the PINK GOLD colour. I've only seen it on the Samsung official website for $1249, and on the Harvey Norman website for $995. If it is, why does it say it has local warranty? I'm kinda new to this stuff, so I don't have that much knowledge.

The warranty is fulfilled by Vaya and not the manufacturer. It's quite similar to COTD.
Would it be fine to purchase the phone from Vaya, since they are known to have poor reviews? Or should I just skip it?
You'll have a hard time when problems arise, to say the least.
TI will not purchase a S7 edge from Vaya. There is nothing wrong from buying from but don't expect the same level of customer care or service as you would from a B&M store.
Given the S7 Edge Pink was not officially released in OZ.. guaranteed to be a grey import
