That's not what I was expecting.
7:20 into the video she decides to download an app to try it out. I'm glad we didn't get to see her try out the rollercoaster "visual" simulation… She already looks like she's going to be sick.
Cotton On and Typo are owned by the same company. If you can't find it at one you may at the other.
And just a heads up…take off the protective film on the lens before you use them. Otherwise you'll be spending ages on Christmas Day wondering why you can't focus.

Does this come with a Bluetooth controller? And what's the maximum phone size that's supported?

I guess that means to measure your phone and make sure it's smaller than that. If I'm right, then anything up to a six inch screen phone should work (measured a iPhone 6 Plus and it's slightly smaller than that).
