Rainbow Six Siege Gold Edition (PC Uplay key) is currently 69% off at Amazon and includes the base game and Season 1 content which is the best discount this game has had yet.

  I am interested in the S2 pass as I already have RB6 and S1. How do you get the VIP discount? Is that a Greenman Gaming, Uplay or a RB6 thing?

    No mate, you just have to sign in to get the VIP price (Obviously if you haven't had a greenmangaming account then you have to make one first). Once you're signed in, you'll get the VIP price right away.

  What is in the season pass 1 that makes it worth purchasing? Is it just the operators + cosmetics?

  It's just that the game + pass 2 can be purchased direct from Ubi's store for AU$55.96. I assume that the "Legacy Operator Bundle" will become available in the future as the operators are the only thing being carried over from Year 1 pass into the new 'complete' edition?

  Urgh, why do season passes exist, just adds extra confusion >:(

    I'm not sure where you see the Gold edition for AU$55.96 - it's showing up as AU$69.96 in the client for me, but yeah I believe the main benefit is getting the operators, some cosmetics and 600 extra credits. Apparently getting the S2 pass after owning the first nets you another 600 extra credits as well, in addition to all the other features of the pass.

    I agree it makes things a tad confusing.
