    For forza 6 your gamer tag and mail could be enough but I doubt they will honor for people outside of Turkey. And it says the gift will be available for people that activated their Xbox live sub in the last 7 days.

  The code will take 3 weeks to receive, it's not an instant email. Don't put in your real gamer tag, only your real email address you want to receive the code in. Codes are never tied to gamer tags and will work on any account.
