Has four brightness levels:
Turbo (360 lumens) - 0.5 hour runtime
High (150 lumens) - 1.5 hour runtime
Medium (35 lumens) - 6.5 hour runtime
Ultra-low (1 lumen) - 46 hour runtime
Equipped with a CREE XP-G2 (S3) LED, the Tip delivers a max of 360 lumens.
It features a dual switch design: one switch to turn the flashlight ON and OFF and one switch to cycle through the four brightness levels.
The Tip also features a lock-out function to prevent accidental illumination.
The Tip has an internal lithium-ion battery pack that can be charged directly through the micro USB port located on the flashlight.
The mode switch also doubles as a power indicator to let you know the battery’s remaining charge.
The Tip has Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) technology that helps to regulate the light’s output and prevent overheating.
Made from anodized aluminum, the Tip is a durable torch; it’s impact resistant up to 1.5 meters and is water resistant up to IP54 standards (protected against water splashes).

    That is a different model, T45. This deal is for the TIP. Slightly bigger, brighter and different light output pattern.

  This is just the regular TIP. There's no such thing as a "TIP Mini" - please amend title.

    Indeed….. not worth considering unless it can be confrimed v2.

    For those not familiar with the V1 / V2 difference…….the initial release (V1) had an issue with battery drain, which would see the device 100% flat after 3-4 days. V2 stays charged indefinitely.

  Personally I'd be looking for something using 18650 cells with an XM-L emitter for that price.

    It's a bit like apples and oranges though. The TIP is priced as it is because it's directed towards a particular segment of the market (ie compact keyring EDC with USB recharging). There's also the Nitecore branding that factors into the cost.
