Just got an offer from an old friend who came over on new year to Australia.
He thinks that he can sell his company product here and is willing to partner up with me on this.I think I can trust him on this with few caveats
I know nobody is expert here and I should be consulting an accountant etc but I still want opinion from you guys.
Questions :
How should I form this partnership so that I have the minimal headache but still reap benefits out of it.
What could be the legal implications(obviously I don't want any headache due to any of his mess)
Is there any minimal investment we have to show, in order to form a company.
Anybody who can comment on taxes.
I dont expect all answers rather I'm looking for what experiences you guys might have in such scenarios.
