I got charged by a Netflix on my credit card for the first time today. Previous months have been free, or at least somewhat discounted with a previous Netflix giftcard offer at Woolworths.
So, before I pay full price again next month, could someone tell me how I can get Netflix to charge me via iTunes, and I'll get 20% off using discounted iTunes cards from Officeworks?

Can I create a new account using the same email address, as that's the address used for both iTunes and Netflix?
No it has to be a new address.
You can always ask Netflix via chat if there's a way to change the billing to iTunes if you really want to keep that account. Doesn't hurt to ask.

You CAN change your current account to another email address from Netflix Website and then sign up the same account using that email address…

However, I would still recommend you to cancel the current subscription and wait for another month to make use of what you have paid…
PS: the iTunes Account can be also swapped the similar way…
In my experience, you shouldn't need to change your email address, thereby maintaining watch lists, etc. Simply cancel your account and wait for the current subscription to end (considering US time zone), then you should be able to sign up using the same email account using a new billing method of your choice. As suggested, this will need to be done through an iOS device to use iTunes billing.
I've changed between iTunes, gift card and Google Play billing methods using this method without ever changing email.
Officeworks no longer has 20% off iTunes cards :(

Cancel the account you're currently on. The rest of the month that you've paid will let you access Netflix for that time.
After your current subscription runs out, download the netflix app onto your iOS device, create a new account using the netflix app and choose to be billed using iTunes.
I don't think it's possible to switch your billing to iTunes if your account didn't originate from an iOS Netflix app. That was a few years ago anyway.
