Further 20% off Sale Items @ Farfetch (Designer Goods)

x20jan17

I'M ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THIS DEAL IS NOT FOR EVERYONE BEFOREHAND SO THERE WON'T BE A BUNCH OF "-scoff- who goes on ozbargain and buys a t-shirt for $1000?1!!?" in the comments.

So, this deal is not for everyone. BUT, if you are into luxury and designer goods and don't want to pay an arm and leg for the mark up that Australians usually get, this may be for you.

For order amounts above $215, shipping is a flat $10 regardless of the number of items you purchase, and returns are free as long as you don't cut off the special tag that comes attached to your item.

Terms and Conditions do say that some brands are excluded, but I haven't found what yet, and excluded brands aren't listed unfortunately.

Not sure of the exact details but the email says that this is an "early access" code which expires on Tues 10th jan at 7:00pm Sydney time. t sounds like there will be a new code for the actual sale that isn't "early access", so I'll update the post with the new code when I know it. No new code, misread the email. They were just saying that Early access to the code lasts for 24 hours, after which the sale opens for everyone (not just those subscribed to the newsletter).

A few examples of some of the bargains:
* The Phillip Lim Pashli mini bag in patent Auburn $520.8 approx 63% cheaper. The same bag is $1399 at David Jones
* Pashli mini in Pale Pink $622.4 approx 52% cheaper. Goes for $1299 at David Jones
* Burberry Banner quilted tote bag $2184 approx 40% cheaper. Retail price on Burberry website is $3650
* Paul Smith Men's Leather Billfold wallet $163.2 approx 52% cheaper. Same thing is $339 @ David Jones
* Paul Smith Men's leather cardholder $141.6 approx 43% cheaper. Goes for $249 @ David Jones
* Burberry Men's Travel Wallet $550.4 approx 54% cheaper. Burberry official website states its RRP as $1195

Excellent post. It makes perfect sense to post deals from these sites on Ozbargain. If you choose wisely, some of these items are a much better buy than what people might buy normally. A pair of shoes from Country Road or Aquilla might last you two years, but a pair of $600 English made shoes from Crockett and Jones will last you a decade, if not more, plus they look much nicer. $150 (on sale) Orlebar Brown bathers come with a 5 year free repair/replacement warranty.

I upvoted this because the % off is great. But my jaw dropped imagining paying $3600 for a tote bag

  • Some of the Common Projects white sneakers on sale. tempting!

    • They look like pretty ordinary prices for CPs…

fire suit on - Some of the stuff is reasonable, but no amount of % off or how long will they last will entice me to wear either of these shoes.

  • The Burberry Kensington Heritage Trench Coat looks like a very decent price, as long as the code applies.

I'm not too familiar with the business model - are they running an amazon-like service, or are they the direct merchant? Wondering as to chances of running into fakes etc.

    Thanks

    • I think its like amazon but it's very regulated, most of the stuff ship from paris etc

  • God damn couldnt help myself, just bought a overcoat and its still "summer"
