Cheap rental cars in Wellington, NZ

Hey guys

Flying to NZ very soon (from Australia). Needing to rent a car for 3 days. I'm over 25yrs, and have full Australian licence.

Any good places to rent cars online for cheap? Or discount codes available?

When I was last in NZ, I hired from these folks out of Auckland. They also rent cars out of Wellington.

I wanted the best price, and didn't care much about age or type of car.
Most of there cars were Japanese imports at the time, around 10yo Toyotas & Nissans, still reliable.

If you're extremely lucky you can try: http://www.transfercar.co.nz depending on where you're planning on going - they are NZ's online relocation service that offers free use of rental cars and campervans. Sometimes you can even get free fuel/ferry etc.
