Thoughts on Lifespan Torque II Treadmill

Hi Ozb,

We're looking for a treadmill to add to our equipment and have been considering the Lifespan Torque II.

We are able to get it for around 860
Wide running belt 54cm 540mm compared to the average.
Automatic incline system.

Just wanted to ask everyone what they think about the unit as there's no extensive reviews online, or even the brand if you've had experiences with them in general and with wty etc. If you think there's better units out there please do share and reasons why?

Cheers

  • We've had a Lifespan treadmill for 5+ years and it's still going strong, gets a good workout especially in winter months. I don't know if my experience is the norm but if it is I think they're great quality

    • Awesome. No major issues at all? I guess we're just worried that many issues will arise especially at that price. Then first time dealing with them unsure of how the cx service is

      • Never had an issue!

  • We've also owned a Lifespan treadmill (forget the model) for nearly 5 years now, and I've found it rock solid since we've owned it, living in a cold/hot garage all its life. Might go 3-4 months without even switching on sometimes, fires up fine with basic maintenance that's needed on any treadmill really. I also weigh 140+kgs, so it's definitely durable. Got a spin bike and other stuff too from them, all strongly built for Chinese stuff really.

  • I had that one for a year or so. Very strong and powerful. Paid about $560 through eBay auction. I suggest you to have a look at their eBay auctions if they still do that.

  • I have the torque I since 2012, great machine and have done lots of kms on it…I have a review of product here (doreenrunner) http://www.productreview.com.au/p/lifespan-torque.html
