Advice on Telstra ISP and Phone

Need some advice on which way to go with my Telstra account.

I have an elderly parent who will not give up their landline phone with Telstra.

Currently costs around $88 a month for 100GB plus line rental plus a few cheap calls. (Internet $50 , phone around $38 bundled and inc pensioner discount).
I have cable access and usually cap out the 100gb towards end of each month, hardly make any calls, the parent would like Foxtel, but finds the basic package bland prefers sports and UK TV but can't afford to shell out for Foxtel plus extras.

I think I can just switch the phone plan down and save a straight $15 but noticed the following offers and wondering if people think it's better value to take one or not a good time to lock in for 24 months?
All 24month offers
$90/month 500gb includes Telstra TV + local calls + 6 months Netflix
$99/Month 1000gb includes Foxtel basic, 3 months free sport, line rental but calls extra.
or
$75/month 100gb includes line rental but no contract.

It depends how much data you use I guess. I like Telstra TV it's not a bad little streaming box - not to be confused with the old Telstra T box (horrible). Foxtel is ok.. but you'll obviously have ongoing costs if you retain it.

Regarding the no contract option, is it likely you'll move to another provider? (I know some places you have no choice).

    PS I'm a Telstra employee
