Regular Takeaway Coffee $2 at Upper Room Cafe (220 Pitt Street, Sydney). Quite decent.
I work adjacent and cheapest alternative coffee I can find is GG's Castlereagh St ($3.20 per coffee, buy 10 get one free).
Available between 7:30-11:00am and 2:00-3:30pm (I assume weekdays but possibly weekends).
Cafe is in fairly good proximity to Pitt St Mall / Myer / DJs / Galleries Victoria / QVB / Town Hall.
Participates in Rewardle (buy 9, get 10th free) reducing effective cost to $1.80 per coffee if you buy 10.

          fair enough. possibly not a deal if you regard 7e as comparable.
          I don't but that is entirely a personal view.
