1. Upload a photo of a bill in your full name, answer the question "Why do you need your bill paid?" and complete the entry form.
2. The Promoter will then call the first placed Finalist on air (weekdays from 6 am to 9 am in the respective timezone) to award them a dollar amount to pay for their ‘bill’. If the first placed Finalist does not answer their phone, they will be ineligible to win and the second placed Finalist will be called.

All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability or as otherwise specified.
