This is a targeted offer and to maximise the discount, you need two things:
1. Today 18 Jan 2017, Ubisoft sent out a Happy New Year 30% off discount code to selected player emails. I do not know the criteria but 2 of 6 people I know have got them. It is a one off code
2. 100 uPlay credits to gain the 20% off code

Instructions
Here's how to use your code on Ubisoft Store :
* Redeeming your discount code couldn’t be easier! Just add the items you wish to purchase to your basket and click “Add promo code”.
* An input box will appear where you can paste the HAPPY NEW YEAR code first and hit apply. The page will refresh to the discounted price of your order.
* Click “Add promo code” again and add in the 20% off uPlay code

A message will pop up and say that "Shop rewards cannot be combined with another promotion". Ignore that as you would have noticed that your already 30% reduced item was given another further 20% off.

  • Continue to input your payment and delivery details etc and voila! You will have gotten your UbiSoft purchases at a 44% discount.

As an FYI, I purchased the Ghost Recon Wildlands Collectors Edition PC edition (normally $209.95) for $117.57. Buy extra copies for your mates as this is a physical copy and so can pass it on or resell.

I do not know if they will retroactively fix this but I would only hope that they will honour existing sales.

    Very jealous :( Do these even count as deals if there's no way for someone who HASN'T got the email (and therefore doesn't need to be told about it on ozbargain) can't get it?

    Well they can get 20% off if they have 100 uPlay points and most players would have that. The deal is going to end in 2 days so not sure why a person would bother to kill it.

    I also specifically said it was a Targeted deal etc as a just in case and that if they have a mate who got the 30% deal, they can get them to buy things for them.

    That really blows, I buy a lot from the ubi store yet didn't get anything so who knows what the criteria is

      If you have a mate who got the deal, they can get you something like the Collectors edition on your behalf. I figured that if 2 out of my 6 Ubi mates got the code then maybe a lot more people will have it.

        Myself and a mate got the codes and I think it was because we both recently purchased rainbow six siege and the season one pack in December. The other four guys we play with bought it many months before and they didn't get the code.

    I get the code, but i'm a bit skeptical about this game, sure, Watchdogs 2 is a great game, but this, i really want to get it but, Ubisoft's reputation is holding me back

    I did the same I got the South Park collectors Edition and Wildlands Std Edition for $139 thats means i got wildlands for free and $10 off the SP Collector edition.

    Just note - i've been shopping with Ubi for years and you've always been able to stack Discounts (maximum of two) i got the Apple of Eden Collectors box last year for about 40% off as they had it on a crazy deal and then added a Uplay code on the top even though its said "no other discounts apply"

    I almost deleted the email yesterday, so glad that i didn't

          I meant stacking two uPlay codes which give two 20% off to end up being 36% off overall.

          E.g. $100 x 80% = $80
          $80 x 80% = $64

          Overall 36% off.

      why pay $69 when you can get Wildlands for $56 though if you got the code i'm happy that i got the South Park Collectors Edition and Wildlands for less than the cost of the South Park Collectors Edition.

      Also in the past 99% of the time I've had the game on release day or the day before.
