  Should say 'up to 10'. All facilities in my area only offer a single free pass. Was not worth registering.

    If they're a participating YMCA, they have to offer ten passes. Otherwise, they're just providing "access to a local government recreation facility"

  I tried re-registering, as I've used it in previous years. However, I can't complete re-registration because it looks like it's not working.

    Did you see the fast track link for 2016 members towards the top? Worked for me.

      Yes, I did follow that "Returning from 2016" link. Tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and even Explorer. Same problem for all browsers… stuck on a page with a message:

      "Re-Register for 2017
      Welcome back smoken…
      Smoken Mirraz
      Username: smoken…
      COMPLETE REGISTRATION"

      I click on COMPLETE REGISTRATION and nothing happens.

        Finally able to complete registration today. This time when I clicked on "COMPLETE REGISTRATION", it worked :)

    WHEN WILL I GET THE REGISTRATION BENEFITS?

    As soon as you log into the web app, or download and log into the mobile app for iOS or Android.

    The Active April Card entitles you to all the great registration benefits and Special Offers. This year you can access these benefits with the digital card located in the all-new mobile app.

    If you don’t have access to a smart phone or would prefer a printed card, please go to the Card page of the web app to download a printable card at any time.

    If you register people within your account their Active April card will also be available within the mobile app or you can download it at any time from the Card page of the web app, when logged in as that person.

  The 10 visit passes are valid for use between 1 April 2017 and 30 April 2017. Any remaining visits will expire at the conclusion of Active April on 30 April 2017.
