• Fill out the online entry form

Participating Pharmacies:
The independent pharmacies participating in this Promotion are: ‘Terry White Chemists’; ‘Chemmart Pharmacy’; ‘Discount Drug Stores’; ‘Good Price Pharmacy’; ‘Blooms the Chemist’; ‘Cincotta Discount Chemist’, ‘You Save Chemist’ and ‘MegaSave Chemist’ .

Entry Limit:
An Entrant will be permitted one (1) entry in this Promotion and, in addition, only one (1) entry per household will be accepted by the Promoter.

Prize Details
The prize (Prize) is one (1) of six (6) Mystery Break 4-night holidays for two people flying Virgin Australia valued at $1,470.00 each. The Prizes are distributed between the Pharmacy Groups based on where the Eligible Purchase was made, as follows:

• One (1) Prize for the ‘Terry White Chemists’ group;
• One (1) Prize for the ‘Chemmart Pharmacy’ group;
• One (1) Prize for the ‘Discount Drug Stores’ group;
• One (1) Prize for the ‘Good Price Pharmacy’ group;
• One (1) Prize for the ‘Blooms the Chemist’ group; and
• One (1) Prize for the ‘Cincotta Discount Chemist’, ‘You Save Chemist’ and ‘MegaSave Chemist’
group.

The Total Prize Pool value is $8,820.00 RRP.
