7-Eleven App Login and Offer Errors

Is anyone else having constant trouble claiming their 7-Eleven offers?

All I wanted was a discount burrito but instead of a barcode all I get is "Error - please try again later". And now I can't log-in either (error "Foxtrot"), even after uninstalling and re-installing the app.

I don't know if it's something I did but for the good of science I created a second account on the same phone before this started happening. 7-Eleven remembers all the deals claimed regardless for those interested in science.

If 7-Eleven is reading this, I was just about to buy a couple of billion dollars worth of fuel, bread, milk and SIM cards for my cash-rich consortium but it looks like I'll just have to shop at your competitor next door instead.

    i had the foxtrot error for a bit over 1 week. missed out on my coupon…i figured they were just being cheeky.

    I've had that a number of times, annoying! Especially when it is for the free items.

    Foxtrot incurred many errors. I hope it gets fix soon.

    This error message is generally received when you attempt to login using incorrect details.
    Please ensure that your email address and password are being entered correctly. You can also use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset your password.

    Quebec
    This error message relates to your connection with our servers.
    This message is received when you don't have a strong Network or WiFi

    You will also need you clocked synched on you mobile!

    I keep getting error code 'Harry' when I try to top-up. So can't lock in a fuel price.

    I never had issue with locking fuel, but getting "error try again" on freebies most of the time.
    Reinstalling app few times sometimes fix the issue.

    Could 7-11 track our phone ID and block freebies once we claimed too many?

      I had issues yesterday when trying to get freebies. - "error try again". logged out and tried logging in and it failed. Tried to reset password and no luck.

      This morning I was connected to Wi-Fi at home and was able to login and access offers.
      Switched to 4G and had errors again.

      Tip:
      Open the app when its connected to Wi-Fi and open each offer(let the bar code come up on the screen). The app cache's these bar codes.
      Even if you switch to 4G when you visit a store next time, the bar code can be accessed without any issues.

    Anyone with advice? I had no trouble with the app on the iPhone but cannot get it to work on this Google Pixel 2 XL.
    Been trying for a month!

    I've uninstalled I don't know how many times, changed password 3 times. Still get either foxtrot or golf - or it just sits doing circles.

      Did you find out?
      I'm getting it now trying to register, with "please try later". I think their server is choking.
      Could it be overloaded with prices hiking tomorrow?
