I am trying to purchase woolworths egift card for last 1 week but woolworths seem to always reject my payment.
I used cashrewards, agl rewards, 4 different credit cards, my partner and my details, 3 different mobile numbers and 3 different laptops but the result is always same.
I lodged fair trading complaint against Woolworths 2 months ago for not processing refund as it took them nearly 1 month. This issue has started after this incident.
Am I and my partner on their block list due to fair trading complaint? If yes, that`s quite unfair. How could I remove it?
I can purchase the gift cards with no problems, but can't get WW online shopping to work - my payment is rejected every time I try it, no matter which card I use. Might have to check the account details to see if there's something wrong there!
