      I was there last Feb and drove from Glasgow up to GlenCoe etc hoping to visit some distilleries around Inverness etc. There are virtually none of them open this time of year. There were a few but my time was limited and hard to fit into the schedule. It is the wrong time of the year for a distillery tour.

      You could do 'carry on' only, but for a intl flight, its a bit meh…..

        lay over is different to a stop over. Stop overs are normally in the 'days' not hours!
