Balance Transfer - Nil/Minimal cash advance fees when transferring to linked Savings or transaction account - which Banks?

Hi all,

I've done balance transfers to Westpac credit cards and transferred the excess to my linked Westpac bank account, and this incurs a $2.50 fee…so that's all good.

However, can anyone confirm what NAB/ANZ/CBA/SGB charge for a similar scenario (fee or interest)?

i.e. Balance transfer to NAB/ANZ/CBA credit cards and transferring excess to the linked account.
