I've recently come across Custodian Wealth Builders and attended one of their seminars, I know that there are alot of shonky 'property investment' mobs out there selling the "Retirement Dream" but these guys sound legit..Anyone had any experience with them/attended one of their seminars previously?

I'd ask again, what will the Wealth Builders do for your payments to them?
And consider how their "system" will work in a flat or falling property value market.
My experience is that any financial 'gurus' that need to run seminars to find clients aren't worth your time. But hey, maybe these guys are different…

These things are an awesome way to make money….if you are running them.
if they are good and have some "secret to get rich" why sell it the the world not just use it and become the most richest men in the world?
probably join them and ask them to teach you how to become one of them - you'll make more $ from commissions then
These guys have been around for a very long time and have a good reputation. Certainly not a shonky, fly by night operator. They wouldn't still be in business if they were dodgy.
