What will be suitable position title for my role?

I have landed this new job and the employer has asked me if I want to rename my position title. I will be working in a financial industry in AML compliance and operational risk related functions. I will be responsible for not only finding the business risk but also come up with soltions to fix them and work with relevant staleholders to implement the solution.

What do you think will be suitable position title? I want something which will look good on my linkedin profile, resume and appealing to future recruiters.

Ps: Can`t use Manager in position title.

Thank you for your assistance in advance.

btw, I am surprised this position is set at Australia. I have personal experience similar position was done in China and India.

What are you asking here? The largest lie you can get away with on your resume? You could get away with Risk and Compliance Specialist… Maybe Compliance and Risk Management Specialist.

If he is here to provide summer day entertainment, fine&welcome. He has no idea what the job title is and … I'm really speechless how his company picked him up…. amusing….

        • However, he may be as the Jackie Chan movie role, "drunken kung fu fighter ' part". Playing a little less than expected but being an iceberg of attention and a trapdoor mind. Can't. Think of more metaphors to mix up or butcher.

    • I didnt ask you whether I will be suitable for this job or not. If you dont have something to add relevant to the question asked then bloody troller move on!

  • Op It seems that "AML compliance and operational risk related functions" does not clearly explain what your role means. How will your success be measured - by the number of breaches caught, [which could be a failure of training and compliance ] , balance of effical! behavior as against performance bonus payments, commission, margins. Ie KPA's against compliance. Will you be a= domestic and international financial compliance and ethical performance administrator.

At least it will fill up your business card.
