Cheapest credit card if you traveling overseas

I was appalled at how much on my last trip some on the fees were on my Visa card and I am wondering what people here could suggest for an Australian traveler going overseas.

A friend recommended to me "28 degrees MasterCard" and to use transferwise if possible.

Any inputs would be appreciated

Check this out Cards with No Overseas Transaction Fees

28 degrees still a great choice, despite them messing around with how you are able to pay it.

Also Citibank Plus, to access cash via ATM.

    • This - Citibank Plus is what you want, no annual fee and no currency conversion fee.

    • That wiki page is missing the Macquarie debit cards.

  • Bankwest Platinum Zero Mastercard or 28 degrees.

  • I have the Bankwest Platinum Zero.

No annual fee. Used it everywhere when I was in the USA.

  • Has anyone looked at the exchange rates being charged???

The rates being charged for the conversion of money from one currency vary greatly.
