Anyone Claim The Philips Perfect Care Christmas Cashback?

Did anyone here claim this, and if so, how long did it take them to contact you via email to acknowledge your claim please?

I sent a claim via tracked post in early January and haven't heard a word from them. From memory, purchasers have until 14 Feb to claim for purchases made by 30 Jan. I'm just wondering whether I need to contact them before then to follow up. I'd have never paid that sort of money on an iron without $100 cashback, and am getting concerned that it's not going to materialise.

    Coincidentally just received my email confirmation this morning. Sent my claim early January as well. Shouldn't be too long I believe. Attached email screenshot below

        I got a second email confirmation on the 7th that my cashback would be paid in a few days. It's the 17th now and no cashback.

        • When they sent me that confirmation, it was another 2 or 3 weeks before they paid it.
