That information belongs in the description.

  • How long is one game usually?

  • The session runs for 1 hour and normally 10-15 min on either side of the game for dressing up and photos. so I would allow 1:30-hour total time

  • yes when you book for a group of 10 or more

I would imagine most groups of 10 or more are corporate bookings (not sensitive to price) or special occasions (birthdays, or hens/stag parties, also less sensitive to price)

For the average group of 4 -5 friends who like escape rooms but find it an expensive hobby, they can't use this. I think you should widen this up to people who are more likely to be motivated by a discount.

As an escape room enthusiast who has done almost every room across sydney + melbourne, I am disappointed by this "deal". Mainly because enjoyment of escape rooms declines greatly for the participants when you get beyond 5 people. 4 is the sweet spot, 5 is good too, 6 works ok for first timers, but 10 is just way too much, doesn't matter who you are. 100% guaranteed that with a group of 10 people, 2-3 people will basically be observers who will not have much opportunity to contribute or have much fun but will still have to pay for the experience.

I don't mind too much if you are selling this to a corporate entity who can absorb the cost, but for your average consumer, this is a bad deal (and I'm sure the store rep knows it).

    • Well said.
