Where to Find/Buy Cheap Weight Plates

I bought a squat rack and have found my standard barbell is slightly too narrow for it and will need to use an olympic barbell.
I am looking for advice as to where the cheapest weights (olympic) can be found.

    Tip shop sometimes has plates. Very cheap, just need some clean up
