It is more important to find a watch that suits her style, so get out there and look for one. We don't know what she likes.
i think if you were going to get a watch, but you have a low budget, it would be better to save that idea for a later date when you can afford something good. Theres no point in getting her a cheap (but nice looking watch) if it doesnt last at all.
Does she have a particular hobby you could contribute to? It feels nice when our partners try to contribute or have some ideas about our hobbies :)
Watches are a difficult gift - you're guessing what they would like.
Unless you already have a really good idea of what style they like, I would avoid going for a watch.
