$100 20GB Optus Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Deal

Flybuys have 20,000 points worth $100 if you're a new customer buying this plan. Optus claim the offer expires on the 26/02/2017.

Unlimited calls / texts. 10 days of overseas roaming. Unmeterd music and entertainemnt & Premier League.

Any thoughts on whether there will be a better offer?

I am on the $40 10GB SIM only plan with unlimited calls / texts on an outright S5 that is running slowly and hetaing up. I get to claim $50 per months back from work and the remaining expense I can claim at tax time. The $40 plan expires in 3 months.

I was thinking of signing up in my wife's name to be a new cusomter in Optus' eyes, and putting my old SIM in the new phone. When the $40 plan expired, I'm not sure how I would go about keeping my number, any ideas? Is porting something I could look at?

    Have you had a chat with Optus sale rep ? With 3 months left on your current plan, I think they can upgrade you to the new plan, I tried before, no problem with the sale rep at that time.

      Can upgrade with no cost, just can't grey the $100 worth of Flybuys.

    This close to a new Galaxy release, why would you go to a $100/month plan on the 7? Just wait for the 8…it will either be worth upgrading to, or you'll get the 7 on a cheaper plan.

      Thanks for this. Did the S5 & S6 price drop once the new models were released? I thought they stayed pretty similar.
