I used Linkedin Sales navigator before with its free month and I got 1 lead from 15 Inmails. Nobody else replied.
Just wondering about your experience and whether its worth forking out $80-90 per month for it.

Depends on your industry and who you are sending to. Every now and then I would receive InMail on LinkedIn. They go straight to the bin and the senders forever blocked.
Business decision, all depends on your business model and how much leads and sales are worth to you.
If you have tiny margins or conversion then probably not.
If you have a big margin and a high conversion rate on leads then it will probably pay for itself.
