Finally bought a road bike and thought I should share the deal.

Cannondale Caad8 with 105 groupset for $1249 (normally $1899). Pretty good discount for a current model and it appears that many sizes are available.

      with bikes it's not always about the saving, it's how close you live to the shop to pick it up and get it home or ride it home.

      I've seen a lot of nice deals but the 50km train ride to pick up and 50km ride home can be a dampener.

      99 bikes are good as they price match ….. found a cheap bike on bike exchange and they price matched it ….. was merida ….. saved me a 60km trip.

      Bikeforce have some sweet deals sometimes but it's hard to beat 99 bikes price matching Bike Exchange

    Sorry Hunter80. I am not familiar with the bike stores in Sydney but certainly the Cannondale Caad8 105 would be available in Sydney somewhere.

    If you don't have any luck getting it for the same price in Sydney, I am positive that Bike Force Docklands would be happy to ship one to you.

      I called bikebug in North Sydney and Botany, they don't have my size in stock, only 54 for 2016 model.
