How to contact team who looks after TRS Claim?

I lodged TRS claim 15 days ago. As it was busy, the officer told me to complete paper form and put the completed form in enevlope within designated box.

I was advised that the claim will be processed within 2 weeks however there is no money in my account as yet.

Is there an email to contact TRS team?

    Claims are taking up to 3 months to complete I was advised. There is a massive Christmas, Boxing Day and Chinese New Year backlog.
