  • go to ikea.

ikea kitchens are adaptable and are easy to update/ are "future proof".

ikea to design. - they have a inhouse person who will sit down with you and help plan it. (this is a service that you have to book and pay for)

then find a flat pack assembly person from serviceseeker.

my ikea is 15 years old and needs sprucing up. I've priced all new cabinet doors to be replaced at around $1300. - or buy some laminate paint and get out my spray gun and compressor and spray them my self.

new bench $600. new undermount sink $160. I just updated the stove (ebay near new (ex-demo house unit which the new owners didn't like and sold - $135).

splash back - bought subway tiles from a masters sale for $80

  • it was 15 years ago, but we were very happy with quality service and price from Spry & Spry.

We wanted stainless steel benchtops with integrated splashbacks. they subbed that out so we only had to deal with Spry's.

  • Worth checking out Alby Turner for good quality and pricing. http://www.albyturner.com.au/

    • thanks looks like some good kitchen projects! i'll add it to my list
