7 only comes in 32Gb, 128Gb and 256Gb.

No where, this isn't a real model. If you want an iPhone which does exist, maybe buy it from Apple? Or one of the many other retailers which sell them?

From China. In Shanghai or Shenzen market. They can swap the storage. It's not particularly difficult, but I'm not sure if it will retain the ip67 waterproof rating.

They usually just buy the base model (32GB?) and upgrade it to 256 GB in China. It's all done using genuine parts and memory from reliable manufacturers.
