Cashrewards - AliExpress Transaction Just Cancelled without Reason or Option to Enquire

I bought a few items on Singles' day 11/11/16.
Sure enough it registered on Cashrewards and I waited patiently for the reward to come through (3 months) then it was cancelled at the 3 months mark.
I can not contact CW team as the make inquiry button is not present because it was longer than 60 days.

Can someone please explain and help in this matter.
Thank you in advanced.

    Cashrewards is awesome!
    They investigated and sorted things out on my behalf with aliexpress and paid me upfront.
