Awesome deal. I paid $207 just three weeks ago during Starbuy clearance sales :(

  • FYI from a review: "This also doesn't have a perpetual date function, where it keeps track of how many days are in each month and skips ahead accordingly. You'll have to manually reset the date after each month that doesn't have 31 days"

    • +1

Indeed. They are called 'perpetual calendar' and have been as low as $199 with 8 month power reserve:

      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/288340

Tho if you want the 18 month reserve option, more bling , 36 modules for an amateur burglar's glass-cutting kit and World time, you pay a bit more, [$449] :

      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/293550.

It's also lacking a steel strap, is not recommended for scuba diving and doesn't have a sapphire lens. What it does come with is the assurance that if Watchnerd is posting it, you'll be looking for quite a while to find it cheaper.

Here's a link to a video of the Blue model. Chunky, but a nice sweep action in Stop-watch mode. I don't like the placement of the date window, but then again, I'm trying to remember the last time I even looked at the date window…

    • If thats the case, than I will give it a miss.
      Good deal never the less.

    Very tempting.

    oh man I can't decide.

  • Blue one looks nice but yes so big at 48mm..

Any suggestions on chrono watch but not bigger than 42mm? @watchnerd

Bought, thanks OP. Odd there isn't even one review on YouTube. Anyway, it'll make a good stocking stuffer next Xmas.

      Oooo another early shopper… ^5

I shop the sales for Christmas present the following year LOL.

Mine arrived today. One complaint - the stopwatch hand is virtually impossible to see. Other than that, the build quality is excellent and you know it's tough because it survived StarTrack Express. http://imgur.com/a/pqvXE

Thanks for the photo's, wow the box really took a beating!!

        What's the strap like?

        • +1

It's semi soft rubber with a nice feel. The straps are curve molded and rigidly fixed to the lugs. The buckle flares out and doesn't sit flush with the strap when on, which is unfortunate. Perhaps it'll settle down over time.

Now to explain to the wife "Why Another Watch" ;-)

  • C20TRENDY has expired but C10AU will get you 10% off, which is better than nothing.

  • Delivery was quick, got my orange one. It's actually a pretty nice sport watch. I like how the bezel is fairly thick. It looks more expensive than its price, that's for sure.
