Im having trouble completing a booking on LMTC. It keeps prompting me that my billing details are incorrect. Ive double checked and it looks fine. Tried different credit cards to no avail.
Tried to contact them via email and social media but haven't heard a response back.

From memory they are mainly US based site? So my guess would be something to do with postcode/billing address/state.
Do they offer PayPal?
I have found them to be really good when you call. I tried to amend a reservation online, but it wasn't really working. A quick call and it was all sorted.
The call center is open 24hrs (they are US based) and you can call them on them on +407-215-7275. Not sure if its toll free when calling overseas, but normally it only takes around 5 minutes and you can call the USA for free on many of the pre-paid plans that get posted on OzB.
they're useless, unless its a HUGE saving I wouldn't bother. You can call them but their wait times are HUGE (last time i tried to call, it was a 3 hour wait) and when they do respond via email, they ALWAYS take AGES to respond
