  Yep, Zuver is certainly worth considering if you're after a low-cost provider. The Zuver offering is $36 for the 2 years, vs VentraIP's $28, so VentraIP comes out cheaper, and has more Addon/Parked Domains but less Storage/Data Transfer. For starter blogs / personal sites, you're unlikely to hit either limit tho, so consider if you genuinely need the extra space if that's the only consideration.
  
  Note that VentraIP owns Zuver, so the service offerings are very similar. I understand the main differences are that Zuver runs on lower spec/older servers and infrastructure, the account loading per server is higher on Zuver (more websites sharing the same resources) the Support Tickets are always prioritised towards VentraIP before Zuver, and there is an Uptime SLA for VentraIP but not for Zuver.

Only slight concern I have is if tech support can tell that you're on one of these 80% off plans they may subconsciously or (even consciously) treat you a bit different because they know you paid much less for the same plan as regular customers.

I remember this happened with me once (I wont mention the company) where I was reminded by a help desk guy that I really couldn't complain too much by their stuff up because I HAD signed up during a 50% off sale.

  On the plus side though, I snagged a 75% discount for life from another company web hosting company quite a few years ago, and they haven't treated me any different.
  I've also had web hosting and other services on-and-off with VentraIP for the past few years (often using discounts for the initial sign-up) and so far I haven't been treated differently. Fingers crossed!
