Porting number from TPG to OPTUS but number is under dads name.

I recently got a call from OPTUS saying that they can't find my number to port out as it is under my dads name. On the TPG account right now there are 3 mobile numbers connected. Any suggest on how to get around this?

Can I change the plan name to my dads name to get the number? or impossible?

    port out under your dad's name. Then change account holder name after porting to Optus?

    just call them and pretend you are dad when on the phone and port to Optus. Then when you're on Optus, call again telling them to change to your name. Simple.
