I used to register my Amex bank offers via Amex Connect (network.americanexpress.com) and my Amex issued card offers via the regular Amex website or app. Both have their own username and password. Lately, Amex Connect hasn't been working for me (don't get past the login screen) or when it does, it seems to bring me to my Amex issued card instead. Does anyone else expirience this as well? How to you manage your accounts if you have both a bank issued and an Amex issued card?
Same thing happens to me if I haven't logged out of the americanexpress.com website (with the Amex issued card). Once I log out of americanexpress.com then amexconnect.com works fine.
There is no way to combine the two unfortunately. They must be kept separate, like you are doing.
